Renae was a fabulous agent for me. She helped sift through my ideas to zero in on what I was really looking for and then helped to identify homes for sale that met my criteria. She didn't identify any homes that wouldn't have been a good fit for me. Closing went very smoothly. Due to the pandemic, Renae wasn't able to attend with me, but she had me well prepared for the process and was waiting for me at my new home once the closing was complete. I would definitely use her again.

We explained our needs to Renae, and she took the time to think about our goals and came back to us with the best suggestion: a Garden Home in Willis Ranch. We saw one house, and it was perfect for us. Our new home is not just a home; it is a lifestyle, and Renae understood exactly that. It has been a quick and smooth process, and we are very happy.

My family and I had the pleasure of working with Renae on our recent home purchase. We were living in Wyoming at the time and moving to San Antonio. Our time was short and didn't lend itself to a visit to view homes in person. Renae compiled a list, and then, to help us narrow the choices down, she went to each property and took additional photos and videos for us to look at. We selected a home sight unseen, and it exceeded our expectations. Renae was responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and went way above and beyond to help get us into our home. She is amazing, and I would not hesitate to use her again and again!

Renae is exceptional, outstanding, and intelligent about her passion as an agent, and she follows up with the client about concerns or questions. Initially, she went with us to provide input to the design, what items to choose, or are trending at the time. That was very helpful since we are from the SE section of the country and in our 70’s. Had not bought a home in 23 years. Our retirement (dream home) was fulfilled greatly with the subdivision and the Hill Country area. She told us of the many amenities, entertainment, restaurants to visit, activities available during the year- ie, the Rodeo in February, the small villages nearby with certain events. She went above and beyond for us, especially providing texts and uploading pics as the house had progressed. If problems arose, she would seek out a building manager as to why, what, & when this situation would be resolved. She would always inform us. Poor communication and feedback from the builders. 1400 miles is quite a distance to seek information. But Renae followed through weekly and kept us updated. Excellent job. You are very fortunate to have her as an employee.

Renae Poss is amazing. When working with Renae, it did not feel like I was just a client. I truly felt like I was texting a friend! I felt comfortable and felt no pressure to hurry/ put in applications - she wanted me to truly find what felt like home. I can not say I have ever felt that or had that experience with any other realtor I’ve ever dealt with. Trying to juggle a newborn and questions about properties would have been a nightmare without Renae. She went above and beyond to ask any questions for me and would then come back with answers in 15 min or less! Renae Poss is a true gem! We had the very difficult task of selling my parents’ home in New Braunfels after my mother passed away and my father had to go into memory care. Renae took an emotionally trying situation and helped at every step to make the process as easy as possible.
