Rich Valadez, was quite simply, hands down, the best Realtor we could have worked with. We initially engaged with Richie back in the summer of 2021 and he came out, visited our home, talked us through his methodology. No hard sell, just great solid advice. For the next year we stayed close and he advised/educated me on more than one occasion around the vagaries of the Real estate market. When we were finally ready to action he moved at pace with just 10 days notice and hit the market hard getting us into a multiple offer situation and then walking us through the offer selection process laying everything out in simple terms. He then attended our closing, supporting us right through to the very end of the transaction. Richie is a people person and he takes his role as being your champion incredibly seriously. He knows just how important a real estate transaction is for a family and works his butt off to ensure your best interests are always at the forefront. You always feel like you are his only client. Finally, Rich lives and breaths Real Estate and it shows, add that to the fact he's an amazingly talented and innovative person and you're going to struggle to find anyone better than Richie. A real superstar!

If I could recommend one agent that encompasses complete professionalism combined with market expertise, that agent would be Rich Valadez. With vast knowledge in multiple housing markets and real estate disciplines, Rich was an absolute gold mine. Every step of the way, he made me feel comfortable, informed, and excited to sell my house.
