My husband accepted a new position in San Antonio. From the very first moment that I spoke with Sandi on the phone, I felt completely at ease, as if I were speaking with someone who was already a good friend. She was just a phone call or text away should I have any questions or need advice. Sandi took my family and I out to show us various rental properties until we could sell our home. The apartment we chose wasn't ready, Sandi did the walkthrough prior to our move in and arranged to pick up our keys and gate openers and was waiting with them at our apartment when we arrived. She had even left several special little things for my son in his new room. He was very excited. Sandi had been keenly aware of how difficult this transition might be for my son and went to extra lengths to make him feel welcome. We can soon close on our home in Houston and I am so excited to finally start on this new chapter of looking for our new home with Sandi by my side. I feel very blessed to have found her. I feel she's not only an asset to JBGoodwin firm, but also to this city.

I had a house in San Antonio that I had rented for a good number of years. I decided to sell that property, so I sought out a reputable sales firm that was local to me. I selected JBGoodwin. I knew from other activities that MS Sandi Peerman, realtor, was a very active and successful agent with JBGoodwin. I contacted her and explained my interests. She was very quick to understand my business needs and what efforts I would expect her to put into the presentation and sale of my property. She quickly accepted the challenge and the opportunity to maximize my investment outcomes. She quickly provided the necessary paperwork to engage JBGoodwin, explaining clearly and easily what was involved in the contract. She made sure that she met with me at times most convenient for me. Her professional excellence was evident from the start. After careful walk-throughs she helped me establish a good selling price and any possible conditions I would have to work through with a buyer. She was able to put me in contact with an excellent appraiser for a very reasonable price. Based on the appraisal we both were able to work out what was needed for contractor attention and what would best be managed by me.
