Meet Shawndrika
REALTOR®Hi, I’m Shawndrika Hardie, Team Leader of The Hardie Realty Team at JBGoodwin REALTORS®, which I proudly run alongside my husband, Kristian Hardie. Guided by our motto, “Serving Those Who Served,” we are dedicated to advocating for military families, veterans, and clients across our community and beyond.
My real estate journey began in 2010 when Kristian and I bought our first rental property – a hands-on investment experience that sparked my passion for property and wealth-building. After retiring from the U.S. Air Force at the end of 2017 with 20 years of active service, we joined JBGoodwin REALTORS®, pairing our local expertise with a global network and a shared mission to help people.
Two decades of military service taught me the value of integrity, discipline, and strategic planning. Backed by global resources and practical investment experience, Kristian and I provide strategic, stress-free guidance whether you are buying, selling of investing in real estate.
