About Stephen Martinez

San Antonio is an amazing city to live in. I have been calling it home since middle school. I permanently returned in 2015 after graduating from UNLV with degrees in Psychology & Communication. Becoming a homeowner was a priority. Wanting to understand the Homebuying process I signed up for classes. Here, I realized I could share what I was learning.

 

I joined JB Goodwin REALTORS® in early 2019. Years prior and cumulatively, I worked in the mental health field for nearly a decade. Therefore, the JB Goodwin motto of "Helping People" was readily transferable. My passion for "Helping People" extends beyond Real Estate. Locally and nationally, I have donated time and efforts to multiple non-profits and causes such as the American Red Cross, Animal Shelters and Food Banks.

 

During my free time, I enjoy walking my dogs at random places. We love searching for hidden gems our city offers. Especially when food is involved! Keeping up with development in the Greater San Antonio area is a favorite hobby. I can talk about what the city was, is, will be and should be for days!
