Do you know the overwhelming sense of relief you feel when you find a person that you can trust without hesitation? Terri Richard is that person. She has repeatedly gone above and beyond the call of any "realtor". The quotes are because I'm not too fond of many realtors. Who always seem to love whatever they are showing - nice efficient kitchen (meaning small), large foyer with two-story ceiling (meaning wasted space). During the entire time I've known her, she has never once sugar coated anything. My time is my most valuable possession, and she's not wasted it. In fact, she's helped save me time in so many ways: finding people/companies to perform services on various properties. Terri Richards has completed six sales for me. She has been retained to do a seventh. Her knowledge, dedication, and honesty are without equal.
