About Thomas Arellano

My name is Thomas Arellano, and I am a native Texan, born and raised in Killeen, Texas. I graduated from Southwest Texas State University (Texas State), receiving a degree in History Education, and taught and coached many sports, specializing in varsity basketball. I have 28 years of teaching experience, and after receiving my MBA in '01, I have focused on teaching various business courses at the high school level. I also spent 5 years and take much pride in having established a financial advisory practice as well as an insurance agency in the early 2000s.

 

I’ve become an expert in balancing work and family life as my wife, Jeannie, and I continue to enjoy the adventures of our 3 adult children, as well as follow our younger daughters around the state of Texas, supporting them as they participate in softball tournaments and dance competitions. Along with some of my family members, I have participated in Tough Mudder and Rugged Maniac obstacle course races and, most recently, taken up running as I begin to prepare for upcoming 5K and 10K races in the Central Texas area.

 

During our time together, my wife and I have built four homes and have experienced the ups and downs of the home-buying process. Although it is very exciting for home buyers, I understand the anxiety that it creates, which necessitates the need to have someone walk with them during this process to make it an enjoyable moment.
