About Veronica Montez

I’m Veronica Montez, REALTOR®, a proud, educated Latina born and raised in San Antonio, Texas—a vibrant city rich in history, culture, and community. San Antonio’s unique blend of Spanish colonial, Mexican, and Texan traditions has shaped who I am and fuels my passion for helping others plant roots and build their future right here at home.

Real estate isn’t just my career—it’s my calling. I’m deeply passionate about helping my clients achieve their dreams of homeownership, and my top priority is truly listening to their needs so they feel confident, informed, and excited every step of the way. I strive to deliver the best possible outcome in every transaction while making the process more at ease. 

My strong work ethic was shaped during my 17-year career at USAA, where I had the honor of serving our military members and their families. I focused on protecting their financial security by delivering exceptional service and trusted guidance, always putting their well-being first and upholding core military values such as service, loyalty, honesty, and integrity. That same commitment now drives the way I serve my real estate clients.

I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Development, which has strengthened my communication, time management, and listening skills. Clients and colleagues describe me as detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a dedicated team player who goes above and beyond.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy traveling and spending quality time with my family. My husband and I are proud parents to an adult son and a wonderful daughter-in-law. Giving back to the community is also close to my heart—I actively volunteer with organizations such as the YMCA, Elf Louis, Brighton Center, the Gary Sinise Foundation, and the San Antonio Food Bank. Additionally, I serve as a substitute teacher in elementary schools, where every assignment is a new and rewarding experience.
