Victoria helped us find our apartment unit, and she was phenomenal! Victoria really took the time to understand everything we were looking for, and because we weren't based in Austin and could only be here for a day to view apartments, she was super efficient in scheduling our apartment tours and showing us all the best ones that fit our criteria. She was super knowledgeable in regards to our needs and feedback throughout the apartment touring and even asked leasing agents questions that she knew we would want to ask, and was just so involved during the entire process. My partner and my timeline was a bit delayed due to COVID, but Victoria was super patient and attentive the entire time and helped us track pricing differences throughout the months. I could not have asked for a better process, you are in the best of hands with Victoria!
