REALTOR®JBGoodwin REALTORS® has been in business in the Austin area since 1972. We work as a team to provide you with quality service. In fact, the JB Goodwin’s Mission Statement is simply to “Help People”. I feel the same way.
I was born and raised in Washington, DC and joined the Air Force in 1984, retiring after 30 years of service. I chose Real Estate as a second career because I wanted to utilize my teaching, counseling and leadership skill-sets to help everyone achieve the goal of home ownership. I have purchased several homes myself and have always felt “There was something missing” from the sales agent/client relationship, when the transaction was complete
I love San Antonio because it has all the excitement and edge of a big city, but also retains the homey, “we all know each other” feel of a small town. Additionally, the massive military population here, makes San Antonio a perfect place to continue to serve, not only my brothers and sisters in arms, but the entire community as a whole.
I genuinely feel buyers are an under served part of our industry. I am going to change that.
