About Wayne "Jody" Summers

This is my second time living in Austin Tx and my second time around as a real estate agent. I have lived in Austin a total of 12 years now and although I am a recent Texas REALTOR®, I was a successful Kansas REALTOR® for over six years in Kansas City.

 

I have been an entrepreneur most of my life and have done everything from owning restaurants to manufacturing and distributing an indicating cat litter for which I had a patent. My expertise in finding and negotiating deals easily translated to success in the real estate industry, and although I spent the last 10 years in the oil and gas industry, I’m excited to return to Real Estate and to work with a company with the reputation of JB Goodwin where the competitive spirit that propelled me through 12 years competing as an all-around gymnast serves to motivate me to succeed.

 

My other passion is writing and I am an accomplished novelist with four published novels, three of which are a series entitled "The Art of the Dead" for sale most everywhere. I have two more in the works and have always managed to juggle my writing in with whatever other endeavor I’m engaged in.
