About Youness Es Slaoui

Hi, I’m Youness! I’m originally from Morocco and now based in Austin, Texas, where I’ve blended my curiosity, love for helping people, and active lifestyle into a career I genuinely enjoy—real estate.

I graduated from Texas A&M University (Gig 'em!) with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Before entering real estate, I worked in consulting, construction, utilities, and the semiconductor industry. Those experiences sharpened my eye for detail, taught me how to manage complex systems, and showed me the importance of clear and honest communication.

I’ve always enjoyed learning and helping—whether it’s explaining something, solving a problem, or just being a reliable guide when things feel uncertain. Real estate gives me the chance to do that every day, and that’s what makes it so fulfilling to me.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through soccer, running, pickleball, and bouldering. I enjoy reading self-improvement books and learning new things. I’m also passionate about learning from different cultures and new perspectives—it keeps me grounded and open-minded.
