11 months into the year, the Austin market has seen a total of 33,847 units sold, a 6% increase over last year's numbers. Median home prices hold steady compared to last month, but are up 2.5% compared to last year.
Unsurprisingly, demand continues to rise, up 6% over last year. As a result of a huge demand, supply continues to dwindle, down 14% with just 2.1 months' supply.
To recap, the Austin real estate market continues to boom. Without a doubt, it's great to own property in the city and sell!
