Here’s an update on Austin’s leasing statistics for August 2019 from the local MLS® and everyone here at JB Goodwin Realtors.
Summertime is usually a busy month for rentals, and this August is no exception. As more and more renters are looking for places, the supply in Austin is lessening. Although the demand for rentals is higher than in August of last year, the total leases have dropped 16%.
