As we enter the last month of the year, we seem to be experiencing a normalizing of the market. Supply is level, and demand is tapering off somewhat, registering an increase of just 2% over last year's figures. Rental prices also remain more or less consistent with previous years.
Key stats to look out for:
- Total leases are up 1%
- Total property leases remain level
- Single-family home leases are down 3%
- Median price per square foot remains level at $1.13
