The trends call for more of the same - if you're looking for a rental space yourself, the supply is dwindling; if you're looking to rent out your place, great! Demand continues to rise, and your place will likely be filled within a month. Rental rates are also up 3%.
Noteworthy stats to look out for:
- Total leases remain level
- Single-family home leases are down 20%
- Price per square foot remains level at $1.19 / sq ft.
