"Easy build site" and "perfect for your dream home" are phrases we hear thrown out describing just about every lot for sale, but the truth is that most people just say that and actually have no idea what they're looking at when they're looking at build sites. Most will stop at the street and make up their mind, but for the buyer willing to walk into the lot, they'll find a tremendous view, great oaks and multiple flat building sites. This lot is owned by an architect that was planning on building his personal home, but he's found he's just too busy with his other business to focus on building right now. If an architect it buying it for themselves, you know it's good.
