The kitchen has natural light from the French doors to the outside deck and backyard and visually opens to the family room for sharing the fun between the rooms. Roof less than a year old, AC new, new deck on back, new garage doors, new flooring and ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms, new kitchen sink. There is a nice storage shed on good slab in the backyard and the alley is paved. I still like this property a lot, but I'm now ready to not be a landlord.
