We love our home's convenient location. Near new Apple expansion campus & Domain. Area prices going up-up-up. Our floor plan is great! We designed a total "Magnolia" kitchen remodel inspired by Waco's Joanna Gaines-added wood-tile floors, quartz counters. We love it & hope you will, too!. We updated bathrooms. We don't like carpet & splurged on commercial grade wood-look vinyl floors-tough stuff for our dogs. It's been great. Oh, & we enclosed the back porch into a cozy sunroom.
